Entweder values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process when you visit our website or contact us, why we do so and what rights you have.
Who we are

What data we process
- Contact: when you email or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to answer your question and discuss a possible collaboration.
- Website visits: our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is necessary to keep the website secure and working properly.
- Visitor statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the website, which pages they view and which website referred them. This is done without cookies and anonymously: no IP addresses are stored and visitors cannot be individually identified or tracked across other websites.
We do not use advertising tools and do not create visitor profiles.
Legal basis
We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your question, or because it is necessary to prepare or perform an agreement. We process technical visit data and anonymised visitor statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us provide our services, such as our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider (Google). Agreements are in place with these parties to protect your data. They may also process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case this is based on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@entweder.vc. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement. The most recent version is always available on this page.
